2016-2017 Family Medicine Program

reidRobert Reid, MD
Co-Chief Resident
Texas A&M University System Health Science Center College of Medicine

Robert Reid graduated from A&M CoM in 2013 but medicine was not his first career. With degrees in computer science and biochemistry, Dr. Reid has worked in multiple fields and roles, including pharmaceutical chemist, microbiologist, tech, college professor, software engineer, copy editor, and perhaps most importantly, forklift driver.

He is a proud dad of a precocious four-year-old girl, MollyJane (don’t ask him to show you pictures, you’ll be there all day). Robert spends the majority of his free time growing his ridiculous mop of hair and cross stitching (which he insists is a very manly pursuit).
