to improve our residents skills in all the core competencies

6. 360 Evaluations: Self evaluations; Peer evaluations; Staff evaluations


7. Evaluation of Resident Presentation Skills for Journal clubs and Resident Presentations


8. Evaluation of Communication skills and Patient Counseling – done by medical and behavioral faculty


9. Annual In training Examination


10. Evaluation of using Evidence Based Medicine (EBM) / Literature search – to help residents learn and improve in finding the best EBM
sources to optimize patient care.
